- Your STL files will also be available directly in your customer account, if you created one during checkout

- Instant delivery: Files are usually available immediately after payment confirmation
- In rare cases (such as payment processing delays or email delivery issues), access may take up to 1 hour

- Verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout
