1. About GooBuz

These terms apply to purchases and use of www.goobuz.com, trading as GooBuz.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Digital products

GooBuz sells downloadable digital files, including STL files and 3D-printing model collections. No physical item is supplied unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Review the product description, included files, software requirements, and license before purchasing. You are responsible for checking compatibility with your equipment and software.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

The total price and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before download access is provided.

If we identify an error in a listing or price affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than impose an additional charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for it.

4. Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation, as described in our delivery policy and product listing.

If your download link is missing or inaccessible, or the supplied files appear incomplete or faulty, contact support@goobuz.com with your order number. Please retain a backup of your downloaded files.

5. License and intellectual property

Buying a digital file does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual property. Your permitted use is determined by the license expressly stated in the product listing or accompanying files.

Do not assume that a purchase includes commercial printing, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing rights. If the license is unclear, contact us before using the files commercially.

You must not share, resell, or redistribute the digital files unless the applicable license expressly permits it.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Our voluntary refund policy allows requests within 5 days of purchase if the files have not been accessed or downloaded. Contact support@goobuz.com with your order number to request a refund.

This voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights, including remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Where consumer law provides a cancellation period for digital content, that right is lost on the start of supply only when the legally required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. Merely agreeing to these terms does not replace those requirements.

7. Responsible use

You must use our website and products lawfully and respect applicable intellectual property rights. You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website.

Assess the suitability and safety of any model before printing or using it. A model is not certified for medical, food-contact, load-bearing, or safety-critical use unless the listing expressly provides that certification.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Any limitations are subject to applicable consumer law, and these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Please review it before submitting personal information or placing an order.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Any governing-law provision must preserve mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in courts available under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases by publishing a revised version. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or alter the agreed terms of an existing purchase.
